Email marketing of the event pre and post event to the assistants and sponsors, Digital Public Relations campaign, Blog of the Event, e-magazine, and linkbuilding.
Press coverage in specialized media and creation of a permanent office to inform the press. Preparation of press releases about the event and press kit.
Digital Marketing including SEO and SEM. Definition and strategy of different campaigns to improve the presence on different search engines, optimization and keywords selection.
App creation enabling all assistants and the organization get all the information about the event on the mobile device (agenda, alerts and networking activities).
Evaluation of the results after the event and its contribution to all objectives of the organization in terms of communication. Preparation of post-event surveys to give feedback to the organization.
