Proposed solution: >atlanta would take care of the whole secretaria services before, during and after the conference including the following: Lectern, badges, emails to be sent to the attendees, sign making, issuing certificates, credit card, dinner tickets, images, notebook size A5, emailings, materials, restaurant menus, Christmas card, naming on the table, speakers presentations and program (agenda). On the day of the conference three representatives from the >atlanta congress team were at the ESADEFORUM to deal with o “On site” management task including welcoming and attendance control. After the conference dismantling was taken care of too.
Outcome: GA²LEN UCARE held its first Conference and Preceptorship in Barcelona with great success. All attendees were delighted about the organization and the service provided during the three days.
