The objective of IMID-Ironman was to hold an interdisciplinary and collaborative conference between three specialties (gastroenterology, rheumatology and dermatology) in order to present clinical cases and interactively discuss topics of joint interest of specialists in the management of immune-mediated inflammatory diseases, without separate them in workshops by specialties.

  • Goal:To hold a day for the dissemination of knowledge of these three branches of medicine.
  • Need: Secretarial services, communication and image design and dissemination to enhance registrations..
  • Proposed solution: >atlanta was in charge of creating the website for the event, sending newsletters to attendees, image design including logo and posters. In addition, to promote the dissemination of the day, social media channels were created that were active before, during and after the event. With the noise generated in social networks (facebook and twitter), the community was able to participate actively by creating debate during the presentations and later, a multitude of congratulations were issued among the same attendees.
  • Result:More than 200 attendees participated in a seminar that was divided into 4 thematic groups of approximately 90′-100 ‘duration each, with final questions at the end of each presentation and that also included a joint and interactive discussion with the audience provided by moderators.
