  • Need:The General Directorate of the company raises the problem they have in managing and coordinating the trips of these researchers since they do not have an established process that is operational. Each researcher requests services in a different way without being able to establish a uniform process, which slows down the travel request process.
  • Proposed solution: As a solution, we propose the implementation of our ARWEB on-line Platform, where each user can request, consult, approve and manage all the services they need, with the option of being able to include an authorization process. In a first phase, requests will be managed by Travel Assistance until the tool is adapted to your needs. In a second phase, each researcher is expected to manage their requests, in this way they want to offer, through our platform, a unique process for everyone to use the same format, with the advantages of reducing errors by automating the processes, improve agility in the application, authorization, closing and preparation of documentation.
  • Result: The implementation of the ARWEB system has considerably reduced the travel management processes since each researcher can make reservations and manage management expenses online or through mobile devices. With this tool, the three proposed objectives have been achieved: improving the user experience, reducing management costs and consistency in the company’s regulatory compliance.
